Pattaya, a City Paradise
Pattaya City famous for Sensational Lights & Nights. Tourists enyoying shopping, entertainment, beach and nightlife.
The city of Pattaya is a self governing special municipal area and has remained mostly a tourist city, with very light industry. It is one of the largest centres of tourism in Thailand. The vast majority of tourists are male, in groups or on their own, due to the town's world-famous sex industry, in which girls of many ages are available at very cheap prices. The town also offers many luxury hotels, beautiful beaches, friendly people, excellent shopping, reasonable prices and a wide variety of nearby tourist attractions.

Nestled along a picturesque bay on the East Coast of the Gulf of Thailand, roughly 130 kilometers southeast of Bangkok, Pattaya was once a small simply fishing village until it was discovered as a beach resort by Bangkok residents in the 1960s. Has become a fascinating escape for vacationers from around the world.

Unlike other beach resorts, where natural surroundings are used as magnets to attract tourists, Pattaya makes an all-out attempt to provide the best of everything. Here, everything means everything. Pattaya is a paradise for everyone, as it has a variety of attractions suitable for all types of visitors. This is the place where you can fill your day, from dusk to dawn, with endless activities, or you may choose to do nothing at all and relax.

Inhabited beach areas in Thailand are divided into sections and the owner [usually it is held by families] of each lot is responsible for its operation, much the same as in restaurants. The beaches are actually free, but operators will charge you for the services they provide. The charge is roughly 50 cents per chair, though bargaining is rather customary in Thailand.
Enjoy the services of the beach restaurants or having long bargainings sessions with the local hucksters. A lots of hawkers walk around the beaches carrying food, fruit, drinks, ice-creams, garments, handicrafts, newspapers, and other goods and services. You can order a sea-food lunch [giant shrimps or king lobsters along with some cold beer] They will barbecue your lunch right in front of you and would serve it accompanied by special gravies and vegetables.
